Aeradŵr is beautifully furnished and equipped, in order to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The kitchen has dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer, fridge, freezer, kettle & toaster. We provide a tea towel, washing up liquid, soap etc. so you don't need to bring your own. Notify us beforehand if you need the travel cot and high chair.
Aeradŵr has a kitchen island and breakfast bar. However you can still enjoy those fantastic views from the dining table. Appreciate the famed Pembrokeshire sunsets from your private balcony.
In the sitting area there is a TV with freesat, video, DVD and a small selection of books and dvd's for relaxation days. There will also be local information, tide tables & local maps.
Duvets, bed linen, bath towel and hand towel per guest are provided. The bathroom has a full size bath with electric shower over, ideal for washing the sand off young children after a happy day at the beach. There is constant hot water, electric panel heaters and the rent is inclusive of electricity.
We regret the property is non smoking and we do not accept pets. Please be aware that the property is on the third floor and therefore not suitable if you have difficulty managing stairs. There is a private parking space to the rear of the building.
Hallway: The hallway has a useful shelf with a panel of hooks over. You will find a shopping bag, useful for the local Londis and a picnic bag with plastic plates, cups and cutlery hanging from the hooks. There is an entry phone via which you can talk to people at the main door and unlock the door to let them into the building. In the airing cupboard you will find an iron and ironing board. Opposite the entrance door is a chart of all the local shipwrecks!
Kitchen: Equipped to the highest standard: oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The oven, dishwasher and washing machine, fridge and freezer are all low level with all other appliances at standard worktop height, except the microwave which is at eye height. Kettle, toaster and coffeemaker. Kitchenware and utensils included.
Lounge/Diner: Open plan lounge area. Facilities 3 seater sofa, 2 seater sofa, side tables. Freesat HD TV with iPlayer and DVD. Unlimited wifi Internet.
Dining area: Two french doors leading onto balcony. The modern black glass dining table will seat up to 4, and there are 2 stools at the separate breakfast bar in the kitchen area.
Double Bedroom: Wardrobe, drawers, chair, mirrors

Bathroom: Modern and decorated to a high standard. There is a bath with an electric shower, shaving point, a ceiling mounted extractor fan and heated towel rail.
Access to apartment: Aer a Dŵr is on the third floor of St Brides Bay Apartments, right on the sea front at Broad Haven SA62 3JG.
Access is gained via steps from the pavement to the communal hall entrance doorway. Three flights of stairs then take you to the third floor.
There is a sofa bed in the lounge that guest are welcome to use but no bedding or linen is provided for this, please bring your own.
Heating throughout is via electric wall-mounted heaters.
Prices include all bed linen, towels and utilities.
Travel cot and high chair available.
Car Parking - Allocated car parking space plus second space in general parking area.
